Christina's World

So I finished up my first week of assignments in my class, and thus far, it's not been too bad! It's been a good refresher in computer terminology as well as a good intro to being in school again. My iPad should be delivering tomorrow so I can read my textbooks, and all my software should be at the house hopefully by Friday. I installed the Microsoft Office 2011, but now I'm waiting on the licenses and discs for my adobe creative suite :-).

I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving, mostly because I'm going to Idaho to see my grandparents. I haven't seen them since my honeymoon, so its more than past due. I am needing a little vacation too. Just been a lot go-go-go the past year, but despite the bad, there's been good in my life and I want to focus on being more positive.

The husband is going on active duty as soon as we get back from Thanksgiving so I'm thinking I'm going to go to Arizona to visit my best friend who lives in Tucson if I can afford it. Her birthday is next week, and since I can't be there for the day, I'm hoping a weekend soon after will work :-).

Anyway I'm writing from my phone and I'm almost home, so I shall post and leave any other news for another day!

So I migrated my business blog over to wordpress.  I still love blogger, but it was easier to integrate Wordpress with my new website and server than blogger, so I will keep this blog strictly for my personal blogging about life, school, and other such endeavors that aren't about my business.  We'll see though, as I've been tempted to just combine the two, but for now, I think I want to keep them separate.
